Compliance-U International Ltd provides professional compliance services, research, due diligence, AML/CFT support, training, and related consulting services. As our services are primarily delivered electronically, delivery times vary depending on the nature, complexity, and verification requirements of each request.

Processing Time

Once payment has been successfully received and any required information or supporting documentation has been provided, your request will enter our processing queue.

Most services are processed within 48 business hours. Certain services requiring enhanced due diligence, third-party verification, international research, or regulatory checks may require additional processing time.

Delivery Method

Unless otherwise agreed, completed reports, assessments, compliance manuals, training material, invoices, receipts, and other deliverables will be provided electronically through email or our secure client portal.

Where physical delivery is specifically requested, additional delivery charges and extended delivery times may apply.

International Requests

Delivery times for international requests may vary depending on the country, availability of information, local authority response times, and any required third-party verification.

Delays
