Payment Policy
Only valid payment methods acceptable to Compliance-U International Ltd may be used for orders and services.
By submitting an order for processing, you authorize Compliance-U International Ltd to charge the applicable payment method for the value of your order, including any applicable taxes, fees, or agreed charges.
If a payment method cannot be verified, is invalid, or is otherwise not accepted, the related order or service request may be suspended, declined, or cancelled without further notice.
Refund Policy
Compliance-U generally does not offer refunds once services have been rendered. This policy is subject to applicable laws governing consumer rights and refunds.
If you have concerns or complaints regarding any service provided by Compliance-U, we encourage you to contact us. We are committed to reviewing concerns fairly and working with clients to reach a satisfactory resolution whenever possible.

Eligibility for Refunds
Eligibility for refunds may vary depending on the specific services ordered.
You will remain responsible for payment of services provided up to the date that cancellation is requested. This may include charges for work already completed, partially completed, administrative processing, research, preparation, or any reasonable costs incurred by Compliance-U before cancellation.
Any applicable costs incurred prior to cancellation may be deducted from any refund amount due. If no refund is due, Compliance-U reserves the right to invoice for services already performed.
Failure to Comply with Terms
If cancellation occurs because Compliance-U has failed to comply with its Terms and Conditions, no further payment will be required unless the failure results from circumstances beyond our control or from your own failure to comply with your obligations.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are generally processed within seven (7) to ten (10) business days and, in all cases, no later than fourteen (14) business days from the date on which cancellation is confirmed.
Refunds will normally be issued using the same payment method originally used for the transaction unless an alternative method is specifically requested and approved.
Chargebacks
Refunds involving chargebacks shall be handled in accordance with this Payment and Refund Policy and any applicable payment processor rules.
Changes to this Policy
Compliance-U reserves the right to modify or update this Payment and Refund Policy at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on this website.
Continued use of our website or services after updates are published constitutes acceptance of those revisions.
